Prices:
Prices quoted are inclusive of GST and in AUD.
Shipping:
Shipping within Australia is via Australia express post charged at a flat rate of $10.00 or free of charge for orders over $600. Acceptance of orders will be sent by email and goods will be delivered within 1-3 working days from the date of purchase. A tracking number will be given once goods have been dispatched.
Occasionally, DressesEtc will have free shipping promotions. Sign up as a member to receive notification of any specials.
Returns and Exchanges:
If you wish to return the goods, you will be given a full refund (by crediting original method of payment) once our quality control checks have been completed but only if:
(a) you notify us via info@dressesetc.com.au within 5 days of the delivery of the goods to you of your intention to return the goods;
(b) the goods are returned to us within a further 5 days at your cost unless para.(c)(i) applies in which case we will pay the cost;
(c) we are satisfied that:
(i) the goods were delivered to you in a damaged or defective condition; or
(ii) the goods have not been worn, altered or damaged and are still in their original condition (including tags and packaging); and
(d) the goods are not sale items delivered to you free of defects.
In all other cases, you will not be entitled to a refund but we may allow an exchange or give you a credit note solely at our discretion.

Pre-order Items:
All pre-order items are paid in full at time of check out and goods will be delivered once stock is in store. You will be notified by email of stock arrival and can expect delivery within 1-3 working days.
Payment
DressesEtc excepts online payments by VISA and MASTERCARD. Direct transfer is also available by contacting us by email or phone for bank account details. Once payment is recieved, item/s will be delivered.
